By Air
There are three airports in the state. viz Trivandrum, Kochi
and Kozhikode, which are international airports connecting
Kerala with other major cities in India and abroad.
Trivandrum International Airport provides flights for
the following international and domestic locations.
Direct International flights are available from/to Colombo,
Maldives, Dubai, Sharjah, Bahrain, Doha, Ras-al-Khaimah,
Kuwait, Riyadh, Fujairah, Singapore.
Direct Domestic Flights are available from/to Delhi, Mumbai,
Bangalore and Chennai.
Kochi International Airport provides flights for the
following international and domestic locations.
Direct International flights are available from/to Sharjah,
Dubai, Abudabi, Bahrain Muscat.
Direct Domestic Flights are available from/to Mumbai, Chennai,
Goa, Agathi and Bangalore
Karipur Airport, Kozhikode provides the following
flights to/from both international and domestic locations.
Direct International flights are available from/to Sharjah,
Bahrain, Dubai, Doha, Ras-alKhaimah, Kuwait, Riyad, Fujairah.
Direct Domestic Flights are available from/to Mubai, Chennai
and Coimbatore.
By Rail
About 200 railway stations connect kerala to the rest of India
as well interiors of the state.
By Road
A well laid network of roads form the backbone of Kerala’s
roadways connecting Kerala within as well as with rest of
India. National Highways 47, 19 and 49 are the major highways
that connect Kerala with rest of India.
By Water
The Cochin Port Trust located near the international shipping
channel, has become one of the major hub for ships carrying
high-end tourists to Kerala. Being a natural harbor Cochin
caters to a large number of exporters and importers.
