Terms and conditions:-

Ø       Check-in time will be 12 Noon & Check-out will be 11 AM.

Ø       We advise you to guarantee your reservation against credit card, cash deposit, service voucher or Demand draft at the time of booking.

Ø       Companies enjoying credit facility can guarantee reservations by sending a billing letter duly signed by the authorized person.

Ø       A guaranteed reservation will be held until 1800 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.

Ø       The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations 

Ø       In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.

Ø       GIT rate will be only applicable if the group is operating with more than 10 rooms.

Ø       The Travel Agent Voucher and rooming list must be received by the hotel at least 30 days prior to the group’s arrival date.  If the voucher is not received, the room will be cancelled and retention will apply as stated above.

Ø       One single room complimentary for the tour leader on plan will be given only if the group is operating with more than 10 rooms (10 + 1).  There will be no complimentary room for the groups operating during the peak period.

Ø       All major credit cards accepted.

Ø       In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accommodation and transport you at our cost.

Ø       Cancellation of a reservation less than 7 days prior to the arrival will incur a cancellation charge for the entire stay.

Ø       Any reduction in the number of rooms within 30 days to 15 days of arrival will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation

Ø       Any reduction in the rooms within 14 days of arrival will incur a retention charge fo the entire length of stay at the hotel
